We want you to know how happy we are with our new hot tub.  Mark was very helpful when we were deciding which one to get, and he also made a trip to our house to tell us about the new chemical system. The delivery crew was very professional.  They showed up when they said they were going to, and did an outstanding job of installing the hot tub.  They were willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done right. We have been satisfied customers of Mermaid for years.  Our latest experience reminded us of why we keep coming back. The gift of champagne and chocolates was appreciated also.  Over all, as usual, it was a very positive experience.

On May 22 I called and ordered a part from your establishment and put it on my charge card.  Mark went beyond being helpful.  He sent it U.P.S. that day.  I received my part on May 23 and my charge receipt on May 24. Just looked around, salesperson came over after about 2 minutes of looking, let us know they were ther and left us alone to look. They were close by where we could see them if we needed, but didn’t follow us around, or try to make us buy anything. Enjoyed looking and will go back.

I’ve always gotten good advice from the personnel at the Anderson store. They always have time to answer questions . . . and they are courteous and friendly. I have been dealing with personnel in this store for years and highly recommend them. Also, this stores carries quality products at a fair price. I have dealt with several pool stores in the last 30 years, and this one is the best.
